Il cinema americano è tornato alla grande con la 75a edizione degli Emmy Awards 2024, i più importanti premi televisivi americani. Una lunga notte che ha visto tre vincitori assoluti: “Succession“, ‘”The Bear” e “Beef – Lo scontro“, ma anche la consacrazione di Jennifer Coolidge che porta a casa una nuova statuetta per il suo ruolo da miglior attrice non protagonista nella serie cult “White Lotus”.
Emmy Awards 2024: nomination e vincitori
Al Peacock Theatre di Los Angeles si è svolta la 75a edizione degli Emmy Awards, il più importante premio televisivo negli Stati Uniti d’America. La manifestazione in realtà sarebbe dovuta svolgersi lo scorso anno, ma è stata rimandata per via dello sciopero degli attori. Una lunga notte dedicata all’industria dell’entertainment che ha visto trionfare tre serie su tutte. “Succession” e “The Bear” sono state le più premiate con ben sei statuette, ma anche “Beef – Lo scontro” ha sbancato lasciando tutti gli altri a bocca asciutta. Un trionfo in parte annunciato per la saga della famiglia Roy che ha vinto i premi più importanti: miglior serie drammatica, miglior attori protagonisti e miglior attore non protagonista.
Un trionfo anche per Jennifer Coolidge che ha vinto per il secondo anno consecutivo il premio come miglior attrice non protagonista per la serie cult “White Lotus”. Niente da fare per Sabrina Impacciatore e Simona Tabasco, le due attrici italiane che proprio con “White Lotus” hanno conquistato Hollywood. Sul finale il tributo a tutti gli attori scomparsi nel corso dell’ultimo anno, tra cui Matthew Perry di Friends.
